Özet

Optical characterisitcs of ZnO:Al thin films deposited on soda lime glass was analysed depending on the annealing temperature and irraditaion by Cs-137 with 661.66 keV photon energy. Annealing temperature was varied in between 350 and 500 degrees C. The thickness of the film was reduced with increasing annealing temperature. Irradition increased the absorbsion while reducing the transmittance.
