Özet

This paper emphasises on the identification and modelling of the dynamics of a NV40 mill and the real time control of which in a co generation plant. A great deal of tests were effected which involved the variation of the mill operating points. Mathematical dynamic models were then built on the basis of the test results available as sampled data. Theoretical work aimed at the conception of various control strategies using a variety of design techniques. These control strategies and models were subjected to numerical simulations. The conclusions drawn upon the simulation results focus on the suitability of the individual control strategies for the models found. The overall experience gathered from the above practical and theoretical work was incorporated in the configuration and tuning bf the closed loop control system installed at the Chemnitz heat power plant.
