Such a material cannot be fully consolidated and does not require too much force to liquefy and therefore can be fluid at any time. One of the purposes of surface paste material is to minimize the risks mentioned by creating self-supporting residual peaks. In this study, direct shear box and unidirectional tachometer experiments were carried out to determine the shear strength and time-dependent seating rates of the material after storage of the surface paste material under climatic rainfall conditions. Thus, it is ensured that the stabilization of stored material can be evaluated directly. By using the results obtained from geomechanical tests, the behaviors of cemented and cementless materials at different bevel angles were determined in a slope stability analysis program and the effects of cement admixture on the material were investigated for slope stability. In this context, the cement additive in the material provides an improvement of ~ 26% in the safety factor values at different bevel angles.
