Design of an Innovative Mathematical Model for Transient Response of Three Phase Induction Machine

Traditional mathematical model of a three phase induction machine becomes inadequate and gives different results from real values in re-switching, power interruption and re-supply modes while it is sufficient in steady state behavior analysis. In this study, a new mathematical model was developed that is already reliable in transient state analysis while the traditional model remains insufficient. Both novel and traditional models were established and executed in MATLAB. Steady state and transient state behaviors were both analyzed and the results were compared. It was proved that newly established innovative model has greater success.
