Özet

In this study, a total of 160 one day old broiler chicks were devided into two groups consisting of 60 chicks in control group and 100 chicks in treatment group. The birds in treatment group received 50 ppm, 25 ppm, 37.5 ppm and SO ppm danofloxacin via drinking water between the days during 0-7, 8-21, 22-35 and 36-42 respectively. Live weight, liver weight, serum total protein, albumin, globulin, copper, zinc and magnesium levels as well as gamma-GT, GOT and GPT activities of 15 birds from control group and 25 birds from treatment group were determined on days 15, 21, 35 and 42. Histological examinations were carried out on liver samples.
