Especially in the 20th century, radical changes in the society together with developments in the ICT gave rise to the globalization of business world. The adaptation process of technological changes necessitates reorganization of the operations and renewal of the work definitions and processes. The focal point of this change will be naturally the human resources department. Only a successful integration of technology and human resources, innovativeness brought about by a harmony between business aims and workers, creative thinking and continuous learning. In this paper, the impact of the technological innovations on strategic human resources practices of the corporations is investigated.
