Özet

In this paper, an analysis of video quality signal is performed. The measurements are made using a TEKTRONIX PQA500 Picture Quality Analyzer and TEKTRONIX MTS4EA Elementary Stream Analyzer. The measured parameters of video signal are: macro block measurements and PSNR.
