Abstract

In order to overcome some practical design and implementation issues of real active-only filters, a lossless integrator that employs one current controlled current conveyor and one voltage buffer with adjustable gain is presented. A real active-only filter circuit based on this integrator block is presented and designed. The feasibility of this filter in a 0.35 mu m CMOS process is verified through SPECTRE simulation program in the CADENCE design tool.
