Abstract

Two integrated continuous-time chaotic oscillators based on cross-coupled - g(m) oscillators are presented and their application to random bit generation is described. Numerical and experimental results show that the generated binary streams pass standard randomness statistical tests. Simulation using Cadence verifies possible circuit operation in the RF range.
