Proposed research is realized as a plug-in with two alternatives, one that works with 3D Studio Max and the other that works through a link established between Excel and Catia. The purpose of the plug-in is to create a computational tool that generates unique urban block alternatives by mimicing the site's built environment. The neccessity to create such a tool has stemmed from observations of physically un-harmonious neighbourhoods. This tool is claimed as the initial phase of a new urban tool that generates urban blocks that respond to their built environment and help establish harmonious neighborhoods.
