The construction industry and the way buildings are produced is changing and evolving every day. Today, the construction industry is trying to find new methods for more efficient building production and manpower utilization. The pressure for higher profit/benefit from employers and ever-increasing construction costs are forcing the construction industry to abandon outdated methods and find new ways to replace traditional processes. Given the rapidly changing conditions of construction projects, the goal of completing projects within the targeted schedule and budget often fails when only traditional approaches are used. This creates financial and productivity pressures on the construction industry. New methodologies are therefore being developed to overcome the ineffective, inefficient, fragmented and wasteful nature of the construction industry. These innovative methodologies aim to avoid waste as much as possible, make the most efficient use of labor, respond quickly to customer requests and keep pace with changing technologies. This paper investigates the status of BIM technology with Lean Management and Agile Management methods, which are increasingly used all over the world.
