Özet

In this paper a novel current-mode squarer/divider circuit is proposed. This circuit decreases the output current function errors of the squarer/divider circuit especially employing short-channel MOS transistors and the output current characteristic of the proposed circuit shows approximately ideal function. It's suitable for standard CMOS fabrication and analog systems. The proposed circuit which has been simulated with SPICE simulator in TSMC 0.35 mu m CMOS technology.
