The construction sector is the worlds largest industry with 111 million people employed world wide, There is a clear need to address health and safety training through innovative methods such as e-learning. This paper reports on the progress of an ongoing Socrates Minerva project which aims to create all instructional design frame work for using virtual classes to deliver health and safety training to construction professionals.
