stable
materials,
such
as
Cu

ZnSnS
4
(CZTS)
and
Cu

SnS
3
(
CTS),
because
this
materials
are
non
-
toxic,
economical
and
have
the
elements
which
are
abundant
in
nature
these
two
materials
represent
absorbent
layers
for
thin
-
film
solar
cells,
with
a
direct
band
gap
and
a
high
absorption
coefficient
(~
105
cm−
1
)
.
In
