Elde edilen
benzetim sonuçları karşılaştırılmış.
Monitoring of power systems is very important in terms of planning the system. It is necessary to ensure
the stability and reliability of the system by taking the necessary measures without any hesitation. It is
also possible to observe the entire system by placing the Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs), which can
measure and calculate all current and voltage phasor information, in the optimum number of systems.
In this study, the N-1 Safety method, which makes the system maximum observable, has been proposed.
The aim of the proposed method is to minimize the total number of PMUs in the power system buses
and thus to save high PMU costs. Simulations for optimal solution IEEE 14-bus using the N-1 Security
method with the PSAT Toolbox interface running on Matlab software was performed on IEEE 30-bus
testing systems. In this study, it was found out how many PMUs should be placed in order to be able to
fully observe the power system by using the least number of PMUs and which busbars should be placed
in the PMU. The simulation results were compared.
