Özet

Five strains of acetic acid bacteria were isolated from wastes of vinegar fermentation. Three of the strains were found to secrete cellulose. These strains were identified by several biochemical and physiological tests and the results were compared with refererence strains Gluconacetobacter xylinus DSM 46604 and Gluconacetobacter hansenii DSM 5602.
