Özet

D.c. and a.c. conductivities of a copper phthalocyanine substituted with four 15-membered tetraazamacrocycles (1) and its pentanuclear complexes are measured as Au/MPc/Au sandwiches in vacuum and in air. Chemical doping with NOBF4 increases the d.c. conductivity of the order 10(2). Complexation of the perchlorate salts of Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) with the macrocycles leads to an increase in the d.c. conductivity of about 10(2)-10(3), but the effects of chloride salts are not so distinct. A.c. conductivities of the phthalocyanines depend on frequency with the empirical formula sigma(omega) = A(T)omega(n(T)), where n is found to be between 0.37 and 1.20.
