Abstract

As a vital component of digitalization software development has become a very important issue for management. Software development is the process of, identifying, planning, coding, documenting, testing, and fixing operations accomplished for creating and maintaining different applications. Since the process is complex and various individuals work as a team in a project, performance management is a very important issue. In this study, a performance measurement model for software testing teams is proposed. The model employs interval-valued intuitionistic preference relations to weigh the performance indicators and to determine the performance score of the team members.
