In this paper time delay systems with time-varying state and input delays are considered. A new sufficient condition for the H-infinity-control of these systems is derived by constructing a suitable augmented Lyapunov's functional. State feedback design is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated on two numerical examples, one of them is a special mechanical system with input delay.
