As the internet becomes widespread, many companies have started to present their services through the internet to reach more customers. They have increasingly been using web services in their applications to cope with the complexity and heterogeneity of the internet. Companies not only sell, but they also buy services over the internet. We present a new web services market framework implemented through role based agents to provide a suitable and efficient infrastructure for presenting, selling and buying web services.
