Abstract

In this study an electronically tunable capacitor multiplier, which can be used for wide range frequency, is proposed. In this proposed circuit a single negative type electronically tunable current conveyor (ECCII-) is employed as an active element. The multiplication factor of the proposed C-multiplier can be adjusted from 1 to 5 times and it can be used for the frequency range between 2.4kHz-195MHz. The performance of the capacitor multiplier is demonstrated using SPICE simulation program.
