Abstract

In this announcement, after an introduction about history of transportation with cruisers in Turkey, Turkish cruising tourism history will be analyzed. As known, the ships that are used in cruising tourism are exceptionally special. When the current demand for cruiser ships is considered, cruising tourism will be increasingly more important in the global economic structure. The global cruising routes will be analyzed and suggestions will be made for how Turkey can be actively included within those routes.
