Özet

Changes have been considered to be one of the major causes of poor cost and time performance, reportedly. Previous approaches to the problem had mainly concentrated upon the potential technical solutions. Within the context of this paper, both technical and social systems of a project were considered The investigation mainly sought to determine the influence of interpersonal working relationships upon the incidence and effects of changes through project conflict.
