Many successful organizations listen to the Voice of Customer (VoC) and then incorporate that into the design and implementation of their products and services. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is the widely used methodology committed to listening to the VoC for easily translating their needs into technical design specifications. In this study, QFD process is reviewed over its major stages and then it is further assessed in terms of its strengths and facilitating aspects applied of any problem for multi-criteria decision-making purposes. The House of Quality (HoQ) is the basic tool of the planning and communication practices of QFD. The HoQ is also a pathfinder’s guide delivering the resources involving the interdisciplinary persons with diverse responsibilities and perfection. Proposing clues about improving benefits and outputs of a QFD process applied in any developing and design project applications is also one of the endeavours of this study.
