In this paper a new current-mode sample-and-hold circuit is designed to obtain high-precision current processing and reduced feedthrough error simultaneously. The proposed sample-and-hold circuit uses regulated cascode current mirrors to increase the gain accuracy. Also a replication circuit is used for cancellation of the feedthrough error. The performance of the circuit is verified through SPICE simulations.
