In this paper are have interested to the most lowest-cost and stable materials, such as Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS)
, because this material are non-toxic, economical and have the elements which are abundant in nature
this material represent absorbent layer for thin-film solar cells, with a direct band gap and a high
absorption coefficient (~105
cm−1
).In this study we have prepared CZTS thin film by low cost technique
which is sol-gel technique and we have made a different characterization for this films.
