Özet

For establishing a learning organization, every member's devotion to learning becomes essential. In addition, scanning the environment and seeking a full understanding of the environment are key aspects of commitment to learning and as we can see, organizations pay attention it. Systematic challenging of the way the firm thinks and operates constitutes the firm innovativeness. In other terms, open-minded firms willingly question their internal operations and the assumptions that underlie them.
