In the city Gaziantep a shopping centre was built at city centre without giving consideration to the traffic problem. By looking at the number one can see that traffic flow nearly doubled (166%), even though shopping centre added its own parking space which was 300 before and is 550 now. There is considerable difficulty finding parking in the area. By evaluating the numbers in the table we see that some people working in the area stop driving to work today. The parking problem has became worst especially at shopping hours from 11:00 till 18:00, After 18:00 due to the business closing, problem is a little alleviated.
