As a result, institutions and organizations need to find different tools in order to survive and continue the race. At this stage, businesses receive support from technological solutions and digital applications. The conditions that emerged as a result of technological developments have led to a transformation in human resources as well as in many other areas. These changes in the field of human resources are examined under the title of digital human resources. In addition, new trends, systems and technologies in the field of human resources management have led to the emergence and understanding of digital human resources management. Those who are responsible for choosing the most appropriate and optimum human resources for their companies reflect their human thinking in the selection process. This necessitates the application of multi-criteria decision-making methods (MCDM). In this study, in order to guide human resources professionals in the selection process of human resources software program, an integrated MCDM approach in fuzzy environment is presented.
