We compare our Monte Carlo calculations with recent measurements of electron-positron pairs created by collisions of fully stripped 6.4-TeV sulfur ions (gamma (T) = 212) and 33-TeV led ions (gamma (T) = 168) with Al, Pd and Au targets. In this experiments, the target-charge dependence for the sulfur projectile is Z(P)(1.99+/-0.02) and for the lead projectile is Z(P)(2.03+/-0.03) These are in very good agreement with perturbative results.
