Özet

In this paper, a novel low-distortion quad structure is proposed which can easily be implemented in the design of low-distortion analogue multipliers. Starting from a highly-accurate BJT model, expressions to calculate the harmonic distortion coefficients for the proposed circuit are derived. Theoretical results are proved by experiment.
