Özet

Light can be used as an activator for the in situ generated copper(I)-catalyzed click reaction between azides and alkynes without adding reducing agents. The accumulation of sufficient concentration of copper(I) throughout the reaction can successfully be achieved by UV irradiation, in the presence of air. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
