Abstract

Renewable energy generated from solar and wind sources is an important alternative to non-renewable energy (coil, petroleum, etc.) whose sources are finite and becoming expensive in time. The tendency to the renewable energy usage increase the importance of the determining right technology in dynamic and uncertain real-world. In this study, we defined the factors around the generated solar and wind energy and represented the causal relationships among them linguistically. These linguistic relationships and initial state of factors are evaluated by new developed Hesitant Linguistic Cognitive Map method that is an extension of hesitant fuzzy sets and fuzzy cognitive map.
