Özet

The paper presents a methodology for temperature influence prediction on the centrifugal pumps operation, considering the most important factors of influence that are Suffering changing following the fluid temperature variation or only constant level. The first step consists in the influence factors identification and factors selection according to the temperature variation influence on their values and to the factors impact oil the centrifugal pumps operation. The authors Identify several influence factors and the parts of the equipments that are affected by each factor. The second step consists in identification of the temperature influence on the selected individual factors, in the context Of Pump operation. A great part of this phase is already known, according to the temperature influence on the fluids properties. The third step consists in the factors influence identification on the specific pump operation parameters. In this phase is developed the Correlation between the factors influence on the fluid parameters and the parameters variation influence on the pump behavior in operation. Finally, the paper presents a simplified computation for a specific Pump parameters variation according to the temperature.
