This study analyses the skills and expectations of these critical roles and proposes a discussion on success measures of the Knowledge Cultivator. The suggested frameworks will facilitate evaluating the performance of Knowledge Cultivator. This new vision will be beneficial for managers, human resource experts, and educators.
