Chromite has a wide usage area in various sectors and Türkiye ranks second in the world in chrome production. Fine-sized chromium tailing that occur in large quantities during production are enriched. In this study, magnetic separation, spiral and shaking table experiments were carried out with the data obtained from the physical, chemical and mineralogical characterization studies of chromium tailings. In wet magnetic separation experiments, it was observed that a coarse concentrate containing 15.98% Cr2O3 was obtained with 64.7% efficiency. The Cr2O3 content of the tailing removed from the environment decreased to 1.18%. In the experiments carried out with the industrial scale spiral unit, a coarse concentrate containing 30.15% Cr2O3 was obtained with a yield of 61.5%. As a result of the shaking table experiments, a chromite concentrate with 49.33% Cr2O3 content was obtained with 55.7% chromite recovery efficiency. The content of the obtained tailing was reduced to 1.25% Cr2O3. In addition, considering the content of the tailings obtained, it is possible to obtain a salable product.
