Abstract

The fundamental function of any trade company is to maximize the shareholder's wealth. The fulfillment of this goal is only possible through the development of a profitable activity, the financial performance, the net profit obtained being able to serve for the remuneration on term by the growth of the company's value as a result of its assignment for self-funding.
