Abstract

In this study, studies on construction and determination of properties of an example of a well-known Van de Graaff generator which is charging with triboelectric as the DC high voltage generator are presented. At the end of the study, a DC high voltage source, to be used for teaching and research, having approximately voltage of 200 kV, current of 4.2 mu A and positive polarity has been obtained.
